There isn't an event that is too big a feat for our chef Richard. Tucson's recently catered The Halifax Group's Annual BBQ for over 600 employees and their families.

The special menu created for the Group's event included Thousands of pounds of Lobster, BBQ Bison Burgers and Hot Dogs, plus a variety of fresh fruit platters and salads were served. We provided all the elements needed to make this large scale event a success.

The photos give you an idea of the scale of the event that included over half a dozen boilers for Lobster, 4 large Grills and several large scale tents for seating to accomodate the hundreds of people. Lots of food and fun was had by all!
